District Engineer

Marshall, TX

District Engineer needed for the following:

• Client contact ensuring that proper services are provided for each treatment.  
• Review all designs and procedures that are generated for stimulation.
• Schedule engineers and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of their work, reports and expenses
• Ensure proper training of engineering staff.
• Monitor and supervise field engineers.
• Ensure completion of all post job reports.  

Requirements:

• Must have 5-10 years experience in fracturing with Engineering/Science degree.  
• Must have excellent customer focus and orientation, people management and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage customers and their expectations.

Field Engineers

Corpus Christi and Marshall, TX

Field engineer needed for the following:

• Provides Frac job design, well support, and post job analysis to customers.
• Develops and maintains personal relationships with the technical customer base.
• Provides technical support on location as required by the customer and management.
• Assignments require sufficient professional experience to assure competence as a fully trained professional.
• Must be able to work independently. This is the lead position responsible for job execution and overall performance. Responsible for company assets on location.
• Assures that adequate supplies and equipment are present at well site at all times. Offers advice on equipment capabilities.
• Functions as a communications link between customer and management.

Requirements:

• Must have 1-5 years experience in fracturing with Engineering/Science degree. 
• Demonstrated leader, with excellent verbal communication skills and management skills.
• Computer skills (Data-entry, Office-Excel, Word and Frac-pro).

Frac Supervisors

Corpus Christi, and Marshall, TX

Supervisors needed for the following:

• Under general supervision, promotes excellent customer relations at the worksite. Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
• Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators during the equipment rig up and rig down on a location and the preparation of equipment for performing a job.
• Provides planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and dispute resolutions to approved levels.
• Ensures customer satisfaction with jobs performed. As needed, may perform data collection and data distribution on jobs.
• Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
• Provides input on individual performance levels of his/her subordinates providing on-the-job skills development to enhance job performance.
• Must possess exceptional skills within the service line and have a general understanding of other service functions.
• License to drive commercial vehicles may be required. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.

Requirements:

• 5+ yrs frac experience with Service Company or oilfield operating company.
• Demonstrated leader, with excellent verbal communication skills and management skills.

Equipment operators

Corpus Christi and Marshall, TX

Operators needed for the following:

• Drive and operate job specific trucks and equipment related to frac pumping and coiled tubing.
• Monitor operation of equipment during pumping and coiled tubing activities.
• Maintain DOT logs and necessary paperwork as per laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Must have CDL license with HAZMAT endorsement (will consider with CDL permit).
• High degree of adaptability & dependability.
