C&J plans to aggressively pursue organic growth opportunities related to its existing coiled tubing and pressure pumping services as well as offer new fracturing services in the South Texas market.

Given the projected strength of the market and C&J’s stong reputation, C&J is well-positioned to continue growing its leadership position in the South Texas market while expanding its operating base to Marshall, Texas to better serve the Ark-La-Tex region. Over the last five years, C&J has invested heavily in capital equipment and new facilities to meet rising demand from oil and gas producers in the southern U.S.
